Help Jack & Irene’s WISH Haven Foundation support our mission of creating a Welcoming, Inviting, Safe Haven where adults can live with dignity, autonomy, purpose, and community.

Entries close August 13, 2026, or when all 60 entries are sold, whichever comes first.

1. Sponsor

This raffle is conducted by Jack & Irene’s WISH Haven Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, EIN 39-2932401, located in Bowling Green, Ohio.

Proceeds from the raffle support the charitable mission of Jack & Irene’s WISH Haven Foundation.

2. Eligibility

Participants must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a raffle entry.

3. Raffle Entries

Raffle entries are $100 each.

Each $100 purchase equals one raffle entry. Participants may purchase multiple entries while entries remain available.

A maximum of 60 raffle entries will be sold.

For each entry purchased, the participant’s name and phone number will be recorded on an individual raffle ticket. Ticket stubs will be placed into the drawing container.

Payment must be received for an entry to be valid.

Entry sales close when all 60 entries are sold or on August 13, 2026, whichever occurs first.

4. Grand Prize

One-week stay at Jack & Irene’s WISH House in Bowling Green, Ohio, during the 2026 National Tractor Pulling Championships, August 16–23, 2026.

The prize includes 7 nights of lodging only. Event admission/tickets, transportation, meals, and other expenses are not included.

5. Second Prize

Weekend getaway at Jack & Irene’s WISH House in Bowling Green, Ohio, during the Black Swamp Arts Festival, September 11–13, 2026.

The prize includes 2 nights of lodging only. The Black Swamp Arts Festival is free to attend. Transportation, meals, and other expenses are not included.

6. Prize Transferability

Both lodging prizes are transferable to a family member, friend, or loved one, subject to WISH House occupancy policies.

Prizes have no cash redemption value and may not be exchanged for cash.

7. Drawing

The drawing will be held Thursday, August 13, 2026 at 7:00 PM Eastern Time and broadcast LIVE on the Jack & Irene’s WISH House Facebook page.

A winning ticket will be randomly selected for each prize.

Winners do not need to be present to win.

Winners will be contacted using the contact information provided with their raffle entry.

8. How to Purchase an Entry

Raffle entries may be purchased through the payment methods designated by Jack & Irene’s WISH Haven Foundation, including the WISH House website, Square, Venmo, Cash App, cash, or check, as available.

When purchasing electronically, please provide the information requested so your raffle entry can be properly recorded.

9. Tax Information

The purchase of a raffle entry is not represented as a tax-deductible charitable contribution.

Participants should consult their tax adviser regarding their individual circumstances.

10. Event Disclaimer

The National Tractor Pullers Association (NTPA) and the Black Swamp Arts Festival are not sponsors of this raffle and are not responsible for its promotion, administration, drawing, prizes, or conduct.

References to these events are solely to identify the dates and occasions associated with the lodging prizes.

11. General Conditions

By purchasing a raffle entry, participants agree to these Official Rules.

Jack & Irene’s WISH Haven Foundation will administer the raffle and address circumstances not specifically covered by these rules in accordance with applicable law and the fair administration of the raffle.
