HOW WISH HOUSE OPERATES
Jack & Irene’s WISH House is a licensed Ohio Residential Care Facility build on a true small-home model. We serve adults who cannot live alone safely but do not require skilled nursing care.
Each home is intentionally limited to 10-16 residents to preserve response time, relationship based care, and dignity. An RN directs oversight, staff are present 24/7, and residents receive medication management and daily living support in a setting designed to feel like home.
The property is owned by the nonprofit foundation to protect long-term mission stability.
Families do not have to manage alone. WISH House provides consistent support so loved ones can remain safe while families regain balance and peace of mind.

WISH House was inspired by Irene a registered nurse who believed dignity was not optional in care. It is now led by a registered nurse committed to carrying that same standard forward.
This home is built on decades of clinical experience, advocacy, and lived understanding of what families face when safety becomes uncertain. Every decision is guided by the belief that care should protect not just health, but identity, stability, and respect.
BUILT TO PROTECT THE MISSION
Jack & Irene’s WISH Haven Foundation owns the proprty and safeguards all mission assets.
An independent Board of Directors provides financial oversight, compliance supervision, and long term sustainability planning.
The operating LLC manages daily care, staffing, and resident support services within this governance structure.
This separation protects residents, protects donors, and protects the future of the WISH House.
